For your convenience Greenhill has available throughout the day, a selection of cold platters. All of our platters can be prepared at short notice. Platters vary and include a selection of cheeses, oils, breads and pesto, homemade pickles and preserves, and a mixture of fresh seasonal produce.

EVENING DINING
We take pride in using fresh; local Hawke's Bay produce and showcase two local boutique wineries; Clearview Estate and Brookfields Estate along with Hawke's Bay Independent Brewery. Tapas include a selection of 4 dishes. *Please inform your hosts as soon as possible if you wish to dine in-house.

- Rates are quoted on a per night basis
- All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include government Goods & Services tax (GST)
- In order to confirm a reservation we require valid credit card details and a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay
- We regret no pets are allowed

Terms and Conditions:
- Valid credit card details required to confirm a booking.
- Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve attract a NZ$200.00 (nett) per person surcharge.
- A two night minimum stay applies for any booking for the period 15th of December 2011 until the 29th of February 2012.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellation charge if booking cancelled more than 90 days before guests’ arrival date
- Cancellations received 90 to 31 days prior to arrival will be charged a NZ$250.00 transaction fee
- Cancellations received 30 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged one nights accommodation
- Cancellations received less than 13 days prior to arrival will be charged in full for every room night booked
Holiday Season Cancellation Policy: 15th December 2011 – 29th February 2012
- No cancellation charge if booking cancelled more than 90 days before guests’ arrival date.
- Cancellations received 90 to 60 days prior to arrival will be charged one nights accommodation.
- Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged in full for every room night booked.
We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in the event that circumstances beyond their control cause cancellation of their booking and incur a cancellation fee.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside (as per NZ law). Smoking outdoors is permitted.
