Our rate includes:
- Pre dinner drinks and canapes
- Choice of continental, cooked or combined breakfast
- Complimentary Hastings Golf Club green fees subject to course availability
- Complimentary wireless internet access
- Use of all Lodge facilities
In addition to the above our dinner, bed and breakfast rate includes:
- Four course dinner featuring seasonal Hawke's Bay produce.
Please indicate at time of booking if dinner is required and if you have any special dietary requirements.
Important Notes:
- rates are quoted on a per person per night basis, double/twin or single occupancy
- all rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and exclude government Goods & Services tax of 12.5% (GST)
- one additional adult in our Villa Suite is permitted, see additional rate
- child rate is for children under 12 years
- Christmas Day and New Years Eve attract a $200 per person surcharge
- a two night minimum stay applies for the period 15 December to 15 January
- in order to confirm a reservation we require valid credit card details with an expiry dates
Preferred Check In and Out Times:
Check In: After 2pm
Check Out: Before Noon
Any other times please advise in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
As changes to your reservation or cancellations affect us greatly, the following standard cancellation policy applies:
- Outside 90 days before arrival :: No charge
- 90 - 31 days :: $250.00 transaction fee
- 30-14 days :: Charge one night
- Less than 14 days :: Charge for every room night booked
Holiday Season Cancellation Policy (15 December - 15 January):
- Outside 90 days before arrival :: No charge
- 90 - 60 days :: One room night charged per room booked
- Less than 60 days :: Full charge for every night booked
We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in the event that circumstances beyond their control cause cancellation of their booking and incur a cancellation fee.
Child Policy:
In consideration of guests who stay at Greenhill, we regret the lodge is not ideally suited to young children. Children can be accommodated in our detached Villa Suite. Children are welcome with "run of the lodge" bookings.
