Booking Policy
Securing Your Booking
To secure a booking we require valid credit card details. A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged to confirm a booking. The balance for your stay will be charged on your arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted, sorry no American Express or Diners.
Cancellation
As changes to your reservation or cancellations affect us greatly, the following standard cancellation policy applies:
- 30-14 days :: Charge 50% of total cost of booking
- Less than 14 days :: Charge 100% of total cost of booking
We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in the event that circumstances beyond their control cause cancellation of their booking and incur a cancellation fee.
Minimum Stays
For both villas a two night minimum stay will apply (with a three night minimum for bookings that encompass New Zealand Public Holidays).
Smoking
Please note our in-house "Smoke Free" policy, ie. please refrain from smoking inside any of the buildings on the property. However, if required, guests may smoke outside.

Check In: 3pm (or alternate time by prior arrangement)
Check Out: 10-30am
