Luxury Accommodation - Greenhill Lodge - Hudson Room
This room is named after the family matriach "old Mrs Hudson" the granddaughter of the original owners, who resided at Greenhill for many years.
Mrs Hudson hosted Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother on her state visit in February 1958. In fact this is the room in which her Majesty slept.
This King room opens out through French Doors onto the generous north facing veranda and affords views of the picturesque gardens. A feature of this room is the ornate pressed iron ceiling. The room is furnished with a king bed and sleeps two.
