Billiards & Snooker
The Billiard room with it's elegant native kauri wood panelling is furnished in a grand style complete with the original full size table. In this room you can enjoy a library of New Zealand books or just relax by the open log fire.
Croquet
A genteel game played at garden parties and picnics to pleasantly while away an afternoon can be enjoyed on our croquet lawn at Greenhill. Our personalised croquet set will ensure all levels of players are amply catered for. Relax and enjoy afternoon tea in the pavilion afterwards.
Petanque
Our petanque piste is the perfect location to enjoy a summers afternoon with a chilled bottle of Hawke's Bay wine and a vineyard platter capturing the essence of country life lived at the right pace.
Equestrian
Enjoy the freedom of exploring the estate and neighbouring farmland on horseback with an experienced guide either with a picnic or a light snack, you can go as far or stay as close as you desire.
Clay pigeon shooting
A popular activity within the grounds a short stroll from the Lodge and additional lessons may be arranged with prior notice. Available to all guests over 18 years and a picnic and refreshments can be arranged upon request.
